KHC Grand Travel offers a luxury travel planning service which begins with a consultation call. We will discuss ideas and options for travel. Sometimes where to travel has been decided, and sometimes you need assistance in narrowing the options. Once we know the when and the where, and if we are a good fit to work together, we will collect our planning fee and then begin the proposal process.
The proposal stage allows us to hone in on the first details we handle for you including accommodations and touring. Next, we confirm ground transfers and dining reservations. From wine tasting in Greece or macaron-making in France to canyoning in Costa Rica or a private catamaran sail in the Caribbean, we will handle all the details.
Execution and Followup
Once we have secured the details for your travels and added our special touches of suggestions for leisure time, we will provide you with an electronic itinerary (also viewable in an easy-to-use app) and review the specifics with you via phone or video meeting prior to travel.
